Clickable launchers that find Python or PowerShell for you.

%~dp0 means the folder this bat lives in.

People click .bat files. Wrappers find Python or PowerShell and forward arguments. Phyllux Tech image find tools use this pattern so nobody memorizes a long module path.

In PowerShell, $PSScriptRoot is the same idea for .ps1 files.
