File Explorer Like a Pro
Eyes first, then the shell.
Explorer is not “for beginners.” Power users live here too. The address bar, the path copy tricks, and the details pane keep you oriented when the shell feels abstract.
- Click the address bar and copy the full path.
- Shift + right click a file → Copy as path (wording varies by build).
- Type a path into the address bar and press Enter to jump.
- Use the search box for names inside one folder when the tree is small.
Field House rule: if the shell feels lost, confirm in Explorer before you delete or move anything.
