First pass from the workshop. Not the ending.
You stand at the edge of Edmonton, the biting cold already nipping at your cheeks. The snow-covered fields stretch out before you, a vast, white expanse that seems to stretch to the horizon. You can see your breath in the frigid air, each exhalation a cloud that quickly dissipates. The beauty of the winter landscape is undeniable, but it also carries a stark warning, a reminder that this is a land of extremes. The winter in Alberta is no joke. Snow can fall in a flurry, covering roads and paths in a thick, icy blanket. The wind, sharp and biting, can cut through layers of clothing.
