Karmabot is live

Ask one question, four models answer, and a Chair merges what they said. Free to try at karmabot.ai. Here is what it does and what it does not do yet.

There is a new thing on the house. It is called Karmabot and it went live today at karmabot.ai.

The idea came from a habit I could not shake. When a question actually mattered I would open three tabs, paste the same thing into three different models, and read all three before I trusted any of it. That works. It is also tedious, and I kept losing track of which one said what. So I built the room I wanted. You ask once. Four models answer at the same table. Then a fifth seat, the Chair, reads all four and writes the merged answer.

The part I care most about is that you can see every seat. The Chair does not get to quietly bury the one model that disagreed. Where they all landed in the same place, you can lean on it. Where one of them wandered off alone, you can see that too, and that gap is usually the interesting part.

One voice is free. No account, no card, no API key of your own. Pro is $29 a month and seats the full table with the work table, where you pick the models yourself and see the dollar cost of a run before you commit to it.

Now the honest part, because I said I would keep doing this. Every model call costs real money, and a cap that counts calls does not cap a bill, because some models cost a hundred times what others do. So there is a hard ceiling on what a single run can cost and a daily one on top of it. If a table would go over, it gets refused before a single model is called, and it tells you why instead of surprising you. A seat that fails does not get charged for.

What is not done: saved rooms live on the device you used, not on a server that follows you between machines. The server side version needs a piece of plumbing I have not finished. Rather than sell it now and hope, I took it off the Pro list until it actually works. It goes back the day it does.

That is the whole pitch. Go break it and tell me what is wrong with it.
