A packet on Paul's desk
Eight companion novellas, one Foundation each. A planning PDF. Not a lock.
I sent Paul a planning PDF this week. Covers. Bookmark cards. A later merch lane sketched so he can see the whole shape before anyone spends money. He has not signed off. Until he does, this is a pitch, not a product line.
The open question is the only one that matters right now. Do we put his name on the books with his blessing, or do I write a loosely inspired line under a Sproule Lit pen name and keep the method site as the source of truth? That is his call. I will not ship past him.
What I can say without waiting: the production system already exists. Novelmate Studio is mine. It already puts finished manuscripts on this storefront. If we do these eight, we are not two people hoping a publisher notices. We have a way to finish the work.
Length target is novella, honest word count, no fake novel claims. One book first. If it lands, we finish the set. If it does not, we learned cheap.
This house sells stories. Practice products live elsewhere when they live at all.
