Thirty six workshop manuscripts. Covers, opening samples, still not for sale.
The coming soon page started as covers and catalog notes. That was honest then. It would be a lie now.
Novelmate ran the thirty six titles on the wall. About five hundred ninety three thousand words came back as workshop drafts. They are first passes, not keeper books. Some openings still sound like the machine reaching for a waiting room instead of a tool. I am putting them up anyway, with that said in the open.
Each title now has its own page: cover, brief, word count, chapter list, and an opening sample. No buy button. The full files stay in the shop. If a page is good enough later, the status will change. Until then, browse, ask Soft Margins, or commission something written to your brief.
