Premise, heat, trope boundaries, and allowed names before draft words pile up. I reject foreign cast and slop on purpose.
Machine draft on Ollama
Novelmate plans, writes, tracks entities, and exports markdown. Hours per title. Raw material, not a finished novel.
Humanizing and continuity
Multiple passes cut AI tells, fix drift, and keep voice intact. HUMANIZING101 is load bearing, not cosmetic.
Cursor and Grok curation
Surgical chapter edits, batch fixes, scene logic, and banter sharpen. I filter every suggestion through keeper judgment.
Export and publish
EPUB, keeper cover art, KDP metadata, retail shelf only when SOON gates pass and word count is honest.
